10 Things to do When You are Extremely Bored!
Through this incredibly uncertain period in all of our lives, by now, most of us are most assuredly feeling very bored! So what’s an individual to do?
If you’re one of the many that are struggling to find ‘just one more thing’ to do, then look no further. We are always here to help!
Here are 10 things to do when you are extremely bored! Enjoy! And have fun! 🙂
Number one (1):
Go on a nature walk!
Follow a trail, walk around your block, just be outside in nature! They say that being outside in the sunshine for a brief time gives your mind a soul a serious boost of joy and the fresh air can do everybody some real good!
Number two (2)
Call family or friends for a chat!

Call a friend or family member! Never forget in these uncertain conditions, that your family and friends are suffering and lonely as well! SO why not get in touch with them and have a chat?
Share a laugh. Tell an awesome story or just plain ‘shoot the breeze’! You’ll be glad you did! And so will your loved ones!

Rearrange the Kitchen and do some much needed cleaning!

Completely re-organize your cramped-up kitchen! Sound’s like fun don’t it? 😦 Well, not really! I know this simple task to combat boredom seems to be much more than a “simple task”, however, what better way to get some ‘much needed’ house cleaning done and definitely take up quite a bit of time? 🙂

Learn Yoga!

Yoga is an absolutely fantastic way to learn how to relax and how to deal with all that is currently going on in the world today! Yoga can help ease some of the tension of day to day life and ensure that you are still listening to your biological rhythms!

Have an ‘ultimate me holiday’!

Have a “spa day”!
When was the last time you put some make-up on and dressed up for no reason? If you’re like me, it’s certainly been awhile! So take advantage of this extra personal time and have a good ole fashioned ‘me’ day! Dress up! Put some make-up on! Spray some perfume! You’ll be glad you did! It’s a great day to just be you! 🙂

Update your resume! 🙂

I know this sounds completely unappealing. However, it’s something that everyone could very well need in the near future. Am I right?
So why not get this task done and over with while you’re at home with extra time on your hands? It will save you the hassle later on when the weather is nice and we all are finally free from our self-imposed prisons!

Learn to bake or cook your favorite challenging Recipe!!!! 🙂

Try a brand new recipe or just learn how to cook! Doesn’t that sound like so much fun! How many of you guys know how to ‘chef it up’ in the kitchen?
Even if you are just a novice, get online, and find yourself a recipe that you can challenge yourself to make! So exciting! And you never know you could be a “Superchef”!

‘Ode to love’

Why not write a poem for your sweet love! 🙂
Sit in an ambiance filled room, dimly lit and full of lovely soft music! And then….
Write beautiful sweet nothings and odes to love for your most beloved lifemate! No-one can resist a beautiful psalm from the heart! It will make seeing each other again the greatest moment of your existence! 🙂

They say, an apple a day keeps the doc’s away! I say, a smile a day keeps the virus away! Spread the smiles and the love!!!! This little mental trick will drive boredom completely away from all your conscious thoughts!

And smiles are contagious! So spread the only virus that doesn’t kill you but makes you stronger! A good smile!
